It is unlikely that an infection with symptoms during urination. There are free clinics in almost every city, but at least one district in each. Many doctors see and you can afford the payments.

An untreated urinary tract infection, kidney inflammation. You should see a doctor. Try to find a clinic near you find them without insurance. Choose a local hospital or health care in many hospitals. Your symptoms do not sound like a urinary tract infection.

What is the cause of your symptoms, seek early treatment could avoid the need for more drastic and expensive. You can have permanent damage, because you waited too long for treatment. You should consult a doctor what the cause of your symptoms.
