Does anyone know where I can buy silver (doesn't have to be real silver) or plastic napkin rings for cheap? - plastic napkin rings
I spoke very low as 50 cents each or less .... I am interested in the decoration of glass at my wedding, and they would need about 250 of them. I find nowhere cheaper! Thank you for your help =)

Buy PVC and paint. Home Depot and Lowe's. Be sure to be cut and sanded the edges to make it smooth.
